    Delegates Shott and Miley move to amend the bill on page 12, Section 3, line 105, following the period following the word “mediation” by inserting the following sentence: “The board shall by July 1, 2013, promulgate a procedural rule regulating the discovery process consistent with and pursuant to article three, chapter twenty-nine-a of the code.”
